Purchasing our beef in larger quantities is a great way to ensure that your freezers are full and your variety of options for dinner are endless. When purchasing 1/8 beef you will recieve 1/8 of all the cuts that come from a whole steer. Most eighths will produce 55-65 lbs. of vaccum packed frozen beef.
