Purchasing our beef in larger quantities is a great way to ensure that your freezers are full and your variety of options for dinner are endless. When purchasing 1/4 beef you will recieve 1/4 of all the cuts that come from a whole steer. Most quarters will produce 100-125lbs of vaccum packed frozen beef.
