Purchasing our beef in larger quantities is a great way to ensure that your freezers are full and your variety of options for dinner are endless. When purchasing 1/2 beef you will recieve 1/2 of all the cuts that come from a whole steer. Most halves will produce 200-225 lbs. of vaccum packed frozen beef.
